MASSIVE MARATHON GALLERY: All the action in pictures – Sunshine Coast Daily

BRAGGING rights have been won, and for plenty of dedicated runners, some well-earnt refreshments downed, after another epic Sunshine Coast Marathon today.

Saeki Makino won the men’s marathon and Lydia O’Donnell won the female long-distance race.

Kevin Batt on the men’s half-marathon after a disqualification to Jack Rayner, and the female half-marathon winner was Lisa Weightman.

Meanwhile PBs were smashed by plenty of weekend warriors who tested themselves around Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore this morning.
