These local running groups are all about building strength, promoting fitness, and connecting with the community through running.

Running is one of those things that’s more than a sport – it’s a passion. For some, life is all about running. For others, it’s a way to clear your head after a long day. Whatever the reason, those who run love it, live it, breathe it, and cherish it.

The culture of running has cultivated social groups based around the activity and running clubs have become very popular in recent years. Denver has quite a few running clubs in the metro area that connect groups of like-minded runners together for social gatherings, group runs, training help, and builds a support network for runners.
